The Dark Knight Rises Bane?

Am I right in assuming that Nolan/Goyer are making this series as a trilogy?
This is the impression I have got before from other posters here.
In this case I guess Two face would be a player in the third film.

However I think it would be awesome to see Bane done properly in this series, sure Bane came years later in Batman's career and these films are dealing w/ the first 5 years or whatever, but if Bane was in the third or forth film, his story could be altered somewhat from Knightfall.
I'd want to see Bane seriously hurt Bats, and take him out of action for a while but then later Batman recovers and comes back to kick Banes ass. Instead of Batman having a successor.

Does anyone think this type of thing could work anywhere in this franchise or is it more likely that its just gonna be 3 films w/ Two face in the last one?

Ther actually was an arc in the comics a couple of years back where Al Ghul had considered Bane as a replacement for Wayne as his heir. They had a falling out at some point in the story about something.

No way, Bane needs to be the main villain, he´s a criminal mastermind, we´ve already seen that using him as a bodyguard doesn´t work...

Bane was the ultimate threat to Batman, he broke Batman!
Just like Kaizer states the guys a stratagist. His origin is very well written and plausible.
But I wouldn't want to see him in One of the three Batman movies. If they would continue after that I wouldn't mind, but it'll have to be atleast untill the 7th or 8th movie. Since batmanhas become an unstoppable force a worldwide legend. And that'll never happen I'm afraid.

So if this is a trilogy it would be dumb to have Bane in one of them.
I just think he would make a great onscreen visual if done right, a huge psycho bodybuilder type that beats the crap outta Batman.

I'm sorry, but I just think he would look terrible on screen no matter how you did him. Even if he did look cool, I think he'd look very out of place in a Nolan movie. I mean really, how would you do it, get some ginormous body-builder and pray he could act? And for the love of of god, please nobody say Vin Diesel.

Is that supposed to be funny? Jesus, I mean, I like Vinny Jones and all, but everything about Juggernaught made me want to vomit when I saw X3. He looked ******ed, and sounded even worse. Honestly, there were a lot of things about X3 that made me want to vomit, but that Juggernaught might've been the worst one.

And seriously, what's with that disgusting bikini-top thing he wore in the movie? I mean, we all know Juggernaught's not the quickest of cats, but I never thought he was into BDSM. Brett Ratner should be shot!
