I kinda feel Legally Blonde was a live action Barbie, but the potential for the franchise is there, to be honest. I said if they ever did this it should be tongue in cheek, where she takes on all these random jobs and tasks over the course of the movie, and turns out she can't do every ****ing thing, and kind of has a PG/PG-13 friendly breakdown and has to save the day on her own or whatever.

I like the idea that Terry78 brought up of Barbie trying on different jobs. Maybe it could be about Barbie and her friends being looked at by Ken and his friends as shallow shopping fun girls and in their search to prove them wrong they try on different jobs to prove they are more than just shallow girls.

Eh, but as some have said, Elle Woods is practically the closest thing we've gotten to Barbie on the Big Screen (And Broadway. ), so a similar plot would definitely work for Barbie herself.
