They could add some hobos. It would make sense.
Another good point, and why would so many civilians be out at night when all this mayhem is going on. The no civilians thing is perfectly fine and done right in these games. It should really be a non issue.
Anyways the demo alone gives off that epic finale kind of vibe, for me anyway. Watching it the scale of everything and the way it's all playing out. You really know that this is it. This is the conclusion to the awesome Arkham story.
bc it adds to the immersion. It doesn't make sense if there are absolutely no people on the streets of a city outside of the enemies. Imagine if any one of the Batman films had him out in Gotham and there was absolutely no one around. It would strike out as noticeableI really don't understand people's obsession with populated streets in these games. Not once in the 2 open city games have I once given two hoots about citizens not being present. What exactly would you have said citizens do anyway?

It's also a game and has technical limitations that a film doesn't have to contend with. Too often I hear people complain that a game should have this or that feature, well there's probably a good reason said feature isn't a part of said game and that's probably because it's freakin' hard to do. People have to be grateful for what they are getting and cut games some slack. I genuinely don't know how lack of citizens walking around doing not much can bug anyone to be honest, like who cares?
What limitations? Open world games like this have existed since the PS2 era and with NPCs roaming the streets. Its only improved and gotten expansive in the years since then. When other games feature it and Batman doesn't, its a glaring omission. We are in the 8th generation of console hardware. To say it cant be done bc of technical limitations is complete and utter bull. It's also a game and has technical limitations that a film doesn't have to contend with. Its not a make or break thing but if people can gush over little thing they like about a title, then I think its fair that others can be critical about other aspects. Hey this is rather minor in the grand scheme of things as there could be a lot bigger things to voice criticism over, which thankfully this game doesn't seem to have yet
Unless you've worked on the game you really can't say one way or the other what was too difficult to do.
Can you? It goes both ways buddy
I'm willing to assume those who make the game are far more tech savvy about what they can and can't do with the game they are making. I don't pretend to know what is and isn't possible because no two games are the same, that's why I don't care about such trivial things.

your whole point is kinda funny when one look at your sig![]()

The gliding, the combat and of course THE SCARECROW !!!!! Next year once again Rocksteady will claim the title for game of the year.
