My understanding is yes, you'll have two copies of the game. Which, then I guess is kinda cool even though you won't need the disc, so it's the best of both worlds.

Gamestop called me, my local one that is, and told me I can roll it over to the Limited Edition in store. Which is a surprise, but then again he told me I'd be getting exclusive skins that only Batmobile Edition pre-orders will be getting ("nobody else gets them"), so I'm not holding my breath on that Limited Edition actually being available if I go and roll over the pre-order.

Man, this release is proving to be a real cluster****. WBIE is really dropping the ball, which shouldn't reflect on Rocksteady's work...but man it a'int helping matters.

So I heard a few people say their local gamestop stores are suddenly allowing them to switch to a limited edition copy of the game if they had the batmobile edition pre ordered. My question is how does that work? The limited editions have been sold out at gamestop for MONTHS and I recently tried to pre order the limited at a few of my local gamestop stores (mostly for Red Hood DLC) and they told me they were sold out. So are they getting more limited edition copies in store for launch day or are they screwing over people that already had the limited pre ordered? I have a limited edition ps4 copy of the game pre ordered at my local Best Buy, but I am still kinda worried they might screw me over come Tuesday...

I haven't gotten a email from Best Buy about my limited edition pre order or if I will get a digtal copy of the game or not. If this rumor is true about the limited edition, I will just get the standard, I don't feel like waiting a whole other week or so to get the game. This a been a HUGE fail on WB's part and I probably won't bother with limited edition copies of their games ever again after this.

My friend almost pre-ordered the Batmobile edition but changed his mind. He laughed his butt off when I told him about the mess he narrowly avoided.

I have no idea. I'm not holding my breath on being able to get the LE when I go in on Monday night, but that's what I was told.

Unless more were manufactured knowing the Batmobile Edition would fall through? But, then that'd lead back to why weren't we told beforehand?

The AC skins were amazing. These new skins are horrible.

A couple of them are pretty meh so far for me as well, although I think the black & red suit (I think Flashpoint) looks pretty cool in gameplay. Then I'm sure there's a handful of suits we haven't seen yet. Hopefully the rest are pretty great.

Hopefully, some movie suits...which it probably more probable with AK than it's ever been before.

I think that email about the limited edition being delayed is a rumor/ lie to get people worked up. I went over to some other gaming message boards talking about the game and nobody else is saying they got that email. I even did a google search and the only thing that came up was info on the batmobile edition being canceled.

Someone in here posted that they just got an email about this. I think there is some truth to it, but hopefully it's not as widespread of an issue as in affecting a lot of customers.

I received an email that I will receive my CE in 2 weeks but they are giving me a downloable code at launch.

So my question is: Do i get the code at launch AND the physical copy after 1-2 weeks? Meaning I will have an extra copy of Arkham Knight?

I am thinking this is just a small handful of places not widespread. I will be pissed when If I walk into my local Best Buy Tuesday morning and find out my limited edition is delayed.. I would just buy the standard edition at that point.

I don't think so. The Dual Play promos seemed to limit it to Robin, Nightwing and Catwoman. It'd be nice though, if nothing else, to see the fighting style and gadgets/weaponry used. Maybe on challenge maps.

Michael Washington Lane, the current Azrael of the Order of Purity, is an ex-cop who gained enhanced strength and reflexes after being experimented on by evil scientist Doctor Hurt. Originally, he was intended to be part of a program for Police Officers in Gotham City to create replacement heroes for Batman should anything ever happen to him. There was no serum. Azrael wears the Suits of Sorrows which is magically enhanced. Batman took it from him in Batman Incorporated to fight off againts Leviathan and Azrael was only a villain to Batman when he was the Devil-Bat, Azrael was his way of redemption.

His comic book run while short lived was really good and underrated.

He's not a villain. He started out as one, kind of, but he became Azrael as a redeeming thing.
