wow that sucks for PC gamers but If I was them I stick with AA & AC in my opinion.
I beleive them. This was the last game in the Arkham saga. They'll likely make another Batman game and that will probably be a reboot, not connected to the Arkham set of games
Not just the dialogue, I also love Catwoman's model in Knight. That face is really cute.
Well, unless they pre-ordered the game or bought it in the first couple of days, they are stuck with AA, AC, and AO. The problems with the PC version are so bad that Warner Bros. pulled the game from sale on Steam and in-store. You cannot currently buy AK on PC and likely won't be able to again until the Fall. I was lucky and heard about all of the problems before I even installed the game, so I used the new Steam refund system to get my money back on day one. This is likely to be a watershed moment for the gaming industry. PC game sales have surpassed console sales and the Steam refund system means they can't count on pre-order revenues when they release bad ports.
You must be joking? It is still in the same broken state as at release. An "interim" patch fixing some of the issues is supposedly coming in August, but it is all that has been promised so far. Leaked communications from retail store, EB Games, state that a full fix is coming in the Fall at the earliest.
I'm not a PC gamer so I've not been keeping up with it. I heard about the issue and that the PC gamers got their money back. Still, seems they're taking such a long time to fix the issues or even some of them. Poor PC folks.
That's too bad. I was hoping that given the severity of the problem and the major press the problem has been getting in gaming publication and on gaming news sites, many people would know the situation.
I'm not at all surprised it is taking this long. The PC version is a half-assed port outsourced to a third rate studio of 12 people. A lot of the game needs to be rebuilt. They are missing graphical features that are present on the console versions.
Yep. It could be a year before the fixed PC version comes out. Maybe sooner, but no anytime too soon. WB cant afford to release another broken PC version so it has to be pretty damn good and stable this time. I doubt they will rush it.
I guaran-damn-tee it that WB and Rocksteady never outsource to that stufio again. Hell, that studio might not get any work from the major devs and studios now. They pretty much showed everyone that they dont take their job seriously and cant be trusted.

IMHO, buck stops at WB Interactive and Rocksteady. They are in charge. It's their game.
I am happy I held off on buying the season pass and individual dlc. I am presently finishing Gotham's Most Wanted..
Like youve been told repeatedly, they didnt do the PC version. A 3rd party studio did the PC version. All the PC version's problems are due to the ineptitude of the 3rd party studio. The only blame that can be layed at WBs feet is that they knowingly sold the PC version in that broken state rather than delaying the PC version. That is WB's fault. But the broken condition of the game was the 3rd party studio's fault. They were in charge of optimizing and building the PC version. They didnt do the job they were contracted to do.
It's funny, I thought AK was going to be stacked with side quests and activities, but we all pretty much got it all done within a couple of days. I didn't think the map was as big as touted, either.
