What I hated most about origins is those crazy load times, and that bland environment. I wasn't a fan of the boss fights either.

The snow is what covers the city's details laid out for us in Arkham City, making the environent look bland in comparison...but you get past that after a while. The interior environments I think were well exceptionally crafted - especially the Joker's funhouse.

The city itself was, in my opinion, when put in comparison with AC. But the interior designs and the general feel of them were better than anything in AC...again, in my opinion

I still think Asylum, with it just being Arkham itself, trumps over everything else in the series...once again, in my opinion!

Joker you really think AO is the best of four games?

Absolutely. It's not even close for me. It has the great gameplay of City, the best boss fights by a long shot, a fantastic Christmas atmosphere, the environments are well done (not bland), and it has the best story and characterizations BY FAR!

One of the few things I was glad AK did was acknowledge it many times as part of the game universe continuity.

I won't be playing Arkham knight anymore. I enjoy it alot but so many people have told me I'm wrong and have sucked the fun and enjoyment out of it for me. I shouldn't have my own opinion. It just isn't worth the fight.

The first instance I notice was the shock gloves in the evidence room. The Firefly sidequest was ripe with references to the previous fight in AO. The "Blackgate" incident was referenced throughout the campaign

I also liked that it was acknowledged bc haters of AO were convinced it was non-canon bc RS didnt make it and they tried to simply dismiss it. RS proved them wrong by not only acknowledging but weaving it into the material they wrote as more than a minor easter egg

- In the evidence room in GCPD, listen to the recordings for Black Mask, Anarky, and the Electrocutioner's shock gloves display. Each recounts the events of Arkham Origins.
- Firefly and Deathstroke both make several verbal references to the last time they fought Batman in AO.
- When you're taking down one of the Militia watchtowers in Miagani after Deathstroke has taken over the Militia, you can hear two of the Militia guys talking about the last time Deathstroke showed up and was hired by Joker disguised as Black Mask.
- Several times you hear the thugs throughout the city reference the Blackgate riots

Interesting. City is more bluish and has more lights. Origins is more grayish but that combines well with the snow.

I don't think AO looks bland, but AC is more pleasant to the eyes.

Did they touch up Croc's design? It actually looks better than what I thought it was going to. Season of Infamy actually looks pretty awesome. I love all the touches they put into it. Maybe they were allocating all of their resources to this? Could explain the lackluster DLC?

And I agree, Joker...that suit looks incredible. I thought I was just going to stick with the new BvS suit but damn, there's no way now.
