I think there were a couple references in the Gotham Times and a random mention somewhere else. I know it has been listed as "Parked at GoDaddy" on the wiki for a while now.

Well, it used to just be a "parked at godaddy." Now it's "you are not authorized to view this page." That's a new development. That suggests the site is ready to go. It just hasn't gone live yet.
