Mignola did draw Gotham by Gaslight, wrote (And created the covers for) The Doom that came to Gotham. He also did the covers for A Death in the Family.

He's done some other Bat work, but I'm not sure what.

Just because people copy Lee's style doesn't mean he doesn't have one. Many an artist copied Adams.
