I suppose we could go back to Graphic Novels and close it out. Maybe selecting the last 10 that were left in that round and going from there. All the lists are open for inclusions/exclusions. What do you guys think?

I'd love to really finish the Graphic Novels round...but if we were to do something new I would not really like the Class B characters from BTAS; perhaps if you had the list I might change my mind. Artists sounds interesting but I bet it would go down to Adams and Lee...even though I bet Adams would win in the long run but I bet it would be long.

I added choices to the existing lists. Chime in on different themes or choices to the current ones.

Yea not too interested in the Class B villains from BTAS but if we did I know who I would want to win. I would prefer to go with the artists even though I am pretty sure what the last 2-3 will be at the end.

We should do Joker versions. Out of all the characters in the Batman mythos, he' s probably 2nd to Batman in the amount of changes he's gotten.

There could be:

40's Joker
50's Joker
60's Joker (campy)
Cesar Romero Joker
70's Joker
80's Joker
90's Joker
B89 Joker
BTAS Joker
TNBA Joker
JL Joker

I'm thinkin either the Jokers or the Artists (preferably artists first), although my vote probably shouldn't count as much as others as my visits here are not too often. Though I do occasionally vote in the game.

Hmm, never thought about different versions of Jokers. If we did do that I would know at least 3 or so that I would want to see at the end.

But really I think artists would be the best choice.

OK, looks like we'll do Artists next. I may pare down that list to 15, just to make it more manageable. Some of those guys are on that list because I had too much time on my hands. The next round will start tonight or early tomorrow (assuming the current one finishes today).

Good idea about the Joker incarnations. Maybe even some inclusions from graphic novel/TPB versions.

I was toying with separate rounds of best Batman and Joker individual stories (not graphic novels), but that might be too obscure.

Cool, artists it is.

Man I do not know who I want to win...there are at least 4 on that list I really really like. :(

How'd we get off by 8?

It is supposed to add up to 250 in this current game...that is how. It always happens in the Batman games because we always have a total of 200 points or more lol.

Mister J, since you are now head of the games...seriously make it in HUGE bold letters that people need to be better about this. Maybe we need to adopt a new system where you quote the post before you then post your vote.

Jack Nicholson as the Joker 19 (-)
Liam Neeson as Ra's Al Ghul 223 (+)

Lookie lookie Mister J. :O

Okay um since Mister J announced that the next round would most likely be best BTAS episodes (including TNBAS)...start listing some out people. I will get back to you when I make a list of my own.

When the actual round starts, there'll be a brief synopsis of each episode in the first post. I listed two-parters as one episode and didn't include World's Finest or Demon Reborn (eps featuring Superman). This what I have so far...

Best TAS Episode:

The Cat and the Claw
Feat of Clay
Heart of Ice
Joker's Favor
Nothing to Fear
Appointment in Crime Alley
Two-Face
Beware the Gray Ghost
Perchance to Dream
I Am the Night
Almost Got 'Im
The Man Who Killed Batman
Robin's Reckoning
The Demon's Quest
House & Garden
Trial
Bane
Never Fear
Growing Pains
Over the Edge
Old Wounds
Legends of the Dark Knight
Judgment Day
Mad Love

Nice list...after I go through my BTAS DVDs I will make my list and see if you want to add some. But it seems for the most part you list almost all lol.

We should have an elimination round where we vote on the past elimination rounds.

I was thinking about that; maybe the top two finishers from past groups of 5. I'm giving it consideration for the next round, along with TAS episode and the Graphic Novels short match.

Wait, did you say that the graphic novels round wasn't finished? How exactly did that happen?

We had over 30 choices for Graphic Novels. By the time it got down to the last 2 or 3, there were too many points to distribute and it dragged on forever. After a while, we called it quits with the score something like, 186-124 for the last 2. Some posters who currently vote missed that round and expressed interest in having a do-over so to speak.

Oh, interesting... that is a major problem with having a ton of choices. What were the final two?

DKR and The Long Halloween, with TLH starting to pull away at the end.

If it was decided to re-visit that, I'd probably only take the final 10 and start it from there.

That is what I said to do cause I want to re-do that round.

In addition to Robin's Reckoning, I really liked Appointment in Crime Alley and The Man Who Killed Batman. Not sure what the general consensus on those are.

Sale was the victor of the 13th Round.

On to Round 14!!! Must get the list ready and the final completed!!!

What shall be the next round? It seems that the most popular choices are TAS Episodes, Graphic Novel revisited (short match) or a Elimination round of past top finishers.

Speak!...I mean, type, dammit!
:p
