I was in Borders today and I saw on the shelves three Batman books, they were called Batman Dead White, Batman Inferno and something Fear with the scarecrow on the cover. I was going to buy them, but I didn't have enough money to spend on all three of them, and I have no idea what their order is (if there is one) so I didn't want to end up buying the 2nd book in the series for example.

So, has anyone here read or heard of these books and if so, more information would be useful. Are they any good comes to mind :p. The covers were mostly really good, specifically the Scarecrow one so it almost had me convinced to pick up that one. Still, I've never heard of any of these and I didn't want to make an impulse buy.

P.S: I have actually read a Batman novelization of No Man's Land which I thought was superb in many many ways, but I do not remember the author so I'm not sure if its the same guy.

The No Mans Land was written by Greg Rucka

The only (non-graphic) Batman novel I ever read was years ago, called "The Batman Murders". It was pretty bad.
