Batman's suit originally felt very lackluster to me since I wasn't used to such huge changes like the shorter ears, the animalistic look of the suit, and some apparent duds like the cowl looking stiff (something I hope is proven wrong). I eventually grew to like it after seeing details like the scratches.

On the other hand, Superman's suit reveal made me giddy as hell.

I prefer Batman as a character, but in terms of suits, Superman has won! I don't like the short bat ears and big emblem on the bat suit, and how beat up it looks.

Tru dat ! that pic is the most EPIC pic of live action Superman ever.

No disrespect to Chris Reeve, RIP, but wow does HC look the part.

It's like he just walked out of the comics and onto the screen.
You look at that pic and say to yourself "Yup, that's Superman."

Wish the background wasn't so grim though.

Batman. Superman's outfit is sublime, it really is. And I like the small tweaks they've made.

Batman, but both designs are solid representations of the characters.

I love that both costumes have been met with so much praise. To be fair, Cavill's costume isn't all that different from his first one, but that one was a big hit too.

I hope the Wonder Woman reveal is met with the same reaction (as long as it's a good design).

I'm not expecting much, in terms of a brilliant story and great filmmaking, from Snyder. I got that from Nolan, and I'm quite satisfied. All I want from Snyder is to make Batman (and Superman and the rest of the JL) the visually fascinating, accurate to comics, grand spectacle they should be.

If Snyder nails the aesthetic, which he has so far (expectedly) done, I'll be happy. Anything else is a pleasant surprise.

I do understand why others might feel "dread" at BvS, as they want the first time Batman/Superman together on screen to be a great movie, which is understandable. But I don't feel any particular attachment to this new franchise, so I'm just gonna enjoy the show.
