Below is a blown up and brightened up picture of the suit. And below I am critiquing how the physique appears in suit, which means it might more be a discussion of the suit and less of the physique though it difficult to say where one ends and the other begins.
Batman looks bulky and solid, but the muscle definition is not as exaggerated as it was in the Superman suit where you could see veins popping of biceps, abdominals popping out of the suit, etc. It is a very good physical representation overall, very Frank Milleresque.
One observation - is Affleck breathing out for the picture? His chest and waist look to be roughly the same girth but proportion wise that is strange no? Usually the waist would be trimmer and the well developed chest would be sticking way out, like it does with Cavill's suit.
Or maybe its that Affleck is slightly hunching and breathing out.
But interesting representation nonetheless. We gotta see more of what the suit looks like.
