Batman & Son, Assault on Arkham announced

How about we get something new for a change? If you don't like the idea of a Rated R batman flick, then simply don't watch it. Who are you to decide that others can't get a rated r animated Batman flick?

Then we get something that ISN'T a Batman or a Justice League film.

Lol @ Deadshot rokin the hi-tech Zorro Dread Pirate Robert look. :funny:
I actually though it was a redesign for el Diablo (who was part of the recent Suicide Squad)

Sorry first thing I thought of...:oldrazz:

I'm honestly not that impressed by the trailer. But i guess that's because I wasn't expecting Suicide Squad

Bats looked and sound good

It is a little Suicide Squad heavy for my liking... but I suppose they have to get that promo before WB Montreal's game.

Looks good. If this serves as secret SS movie, I will be fine and dandy.

The big news to me Is Kevin COnroy doing voice here. with them trying to do more shared universe with much of animated films based on new 52 we probally won't be seeing him do batman's voice much anymore except for possable stand alone projects

The trailer was ok, I guess. Didn't get me excited for it.

I watched Son of Batman. I thought it was better than Flashpoint and JL: War. But, overall... meh. The other films had a badness to them that made them less boring. Alfred and Damien were funny. Deathstroke sucked.

Is it just me or does Deadshot look super swolt in that still shot?

Since when did Deadshot turn into Zorro's evil twin? I kind of like the Killer Frost and Harley Quinn designs.

So the guy with the metal jaws...is that supposed to be Croc or King Shark? I swear watching this stuff on a phone makes it impossible to get a good look at anything.

King Shark.

Thank you. The trailer was ok. I kinda expected it to look more "Arkhamy" I guess. I might have preferred a CGI feature that looked more like the game to recreate the feel. Maybe that's just me though.

Neal McDonough is Deadshot and Matthew Gray Gubler is, possibly, the Riddler. That's who I think the guy in the trailer with the glasses who says he knows how to disarm the bombs is.

Troy Baker and Hynden Walch almost sound exactly like Mark Hamill and Arleen Sorkin. Amazing.

So I saw Batman & Son...not good at all. This is pretty much amateur hour with the dialogue and some of the voice performances. It's kinda sad that those two Superman/Batman movies are a lot more entertaining than these last two DC animated movies... and I really disliked Apocalypse and Public Enemies.

Interesting... I was really looking forward to this one.

It seems that, minus Flashpoint, the James Tucker-produced features aren't doing too good critically.

Sadly, this seems to be the case. It seems it was only Bruce Timm who kept it from doing sh** like this.

Maybe they should hire some new people when it comes to writing and directing.

Assault on Arkham looks pretty cool even if it will mainly focus on the Suicide Squad for the most part

but it's awesome to have Conroy back

I didn't know where to post about this but I just saw the Batman beyond short over at CBM and MAN was that cool but so freaking short! Will Friedle and Kevin Conroy haven't missed a beat playing these characters. The animation, the music, it felt like old times, like they never left.

Man, I want more Batman Beyond... :(
