Batman looks terrible in the Hot Toys version.

I'd rather have the MAFEX one:

Oh, wow. He actually looks a bit fat in this one.

I don't think he looks fat as much as the limbs are out of proportion. The upper torso needs to be wider and the deltoids need to be more rounded. The biceps area needs both bulk and definition, and the arms are too short.

The legs are the worst part. There's no shape to the quadriceps at all. I guess this is accurate since Affleck's legs aren't very impressive, but HT doesn't need to make the figure's legs so smooth and unremarkable. Hopefully, the final product is better.
