I'm going to go with Jet Li's The One because he has the power of 123 people. This is Neo from the first movie so he is pretty weak, while Jet Li's The One is more powerful, faster, and smarter.

To make it a fair fight it has to be in some kind of reality where Neo can access the powers he would have in the Matrix. In other words treat them both at full power (although Neo at the time of the Matrix being totally inexperienced having only just learnt his powers) without giving too much weight to location.

By the way I'm not voting in this match as I haven't seen "The One" yet.

As for you lot and your mixed recommendations of the film, I won't rush out to see it but I'll check it out on cable if only to see where all these votes for The One are coming from.

Neo overall has the better abilities, and for those who were saying "well time slows down for The One" aparently you didnt see that little trick called bullet time......you know where the makers of Jet Lis sad little movie stole most of thier CGI ideas from (like most films did) but c'mon, half way through Neo learns to fight in Superspeed, then learns to doge bullets, then learns how to be freakin invincible in the matrix, then learns how to STOP bullets in the air, AND THEN LEARNS HOW TO FLY!!!! You Jet Li fan realy were kidding weren't you.......I thought so....
