The fight takes place in the desert. Stallone is waiting for them as the plane lands on a custom made runway but isn't allowed to attack until they are all off the plane and ready for combat.

Rambo has as much prep time as he wants but the cons also know he's there waiting for them. They have as many weapons as they had in the film (which might not have been enough - I can't remember).

Rambo would carpet the area fifty yards around the runway with land mines and just laugh girlishly as the cons stepped off the plane and flew through the air as bloody chunks

To this day, I still haven't seen any of the Rambo movies.

So, I can't really vote knowingly, but if Rambo is as good as everyone says he is, I vote Rambo. Rambo could use the area to his advantage, considering where and when the fight is taking place. Apart from Poe, the rest of the prisoners are presumptuously stupid. Their overconfidence will be their downfall.
