We'd have to make this fair with an even ground for all of them. So, flat plain on a full moon at midnight with enough light to see by. I say the zombie gets taken down quick as by its lonesome it's pretty useless. The werewolf and the vampire team up against the bear as it's the most obvious threat then fight each other when it's down, the vampire can do the whole turn to mist thing so he beats the werewolf. Then Shia shows up with his star power activated and burns the vampire to a crisp.

Then he gets lost in the woods and dies a lonely death.

WINNER: Everyone else.

Have you ever seen The Edge with Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin? In the movie they slay a bear. I can see Shia, after gaining his powers, to take down the mighty bear in a similar fashion.

Werewolf = biker
Vampire = rich frat boy
Zombie = Walmart shoppers
Bear = bear
Shia Labeouf = hobo

biker > bear > rich frat boy > hobo > Walmart shopper
