this maybe true (hell I'm sure it is)but to alot people the difference may be minor to them (both talk too much & can't keep their word or back up promises ) and other then that , one of them will still have a studio ,for the time being (only thanks to his workers) while the other one won't after legal drama ends.

Not sure how well they are doing right now with everything not Borderlands bombing, and we have no idea of how popular Borderlands still is considering how much they have pissed everyone off.

The Battleborn site has been updated with a developer blog about a new PvP game mode coming to the game and that will be a free addition to all players. Called Face-Off mode, the battleground pits teams of five against one another in a fifteen minute battle. Players are charged with staying alive, killing Varelsi and collecting masks in order to win.

2K isn't giving up on Battleborn and is ready to unleash a large new update today that,
as expected, will include skins and taunts, but that will also feature a new PvP 5v5 mode called Face Off and, most significantly,
a new story mode called Attikus and the Thrall Rebellion.
The PvP mode is free for all players while the story operation is $5 or comes as part of the Battleborn season pass.

Toby's Friendship Raid sees players teaming up to fight through the LLC manufacturing facilities to restore Toby's mech suit.
