Should Baxter Stockman be the villain in a sequel?

Stockman was never a fly in the Mirage universe, he did become a cyborg though.

I want the 2nd one (older version). I always thought the guy who played the scientist in the Secret of the Ooze should've been Baxter Stockman. But that is/was wishful thinking.

Take away the bow-tie and the 80's hairband 'doo', and he'd look ok for a 2009 TMNT movie.

Baxter would be a cool villain to have. I woud like him to be protrayed in the 2k3 series style to have him play off of the Shredder, though.

As for the whole "fly monster" bit, it would be a cool homage if he was cyborg Baxter and he had some retractable robotic fly wings. I wouldn't want to see him as an all-out fly monster, though.
