Dooms robots were invented for that purpose but I don't think they have ever fought one. Kree Sentrys also could undoubtedly defeat Sentinels.

Ultron (probably any version of)
Machine man
Kree Sentry

hell..I think R2D2 could beat a Sentinal - they are pretty lame
