He had a smile on his face and was still breathing as SAW II faded to the end credits.

It was said that he was dying, though Darren Bousman has said that this may have been a lie and we'll have to wait till October to find out.

I wouldn't mind seeing Shawnee Smith naked. But damn, I do not want to see Tobin Bell's old wrinkled body on screen.

Hopefully it's just an implied/quick sex scene.

Just because the poster has the teeth pulling stuff, doesn't mean the movie will have it. The poster for the second had the cut off fingers and no one had any fingers missing at the end of the second.
