Man, I'm about halfway through the novel right now, and it is absolutely amazing. Everybody's going to be talking about this movie next year... It's like a crazy fusion of Memento and 50 First Dates with the literary mystique of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It's a ****ing wild ride so far.

If Nicole Kidman's character is written just like in the book, I sense a serious, serious Oscar chance. I'm not kidding. It's like the most perfect, unconventionally challenging role for an actress I've come across in years.

I'm blown away by the fact that this comes out in 3 days and none of you seem to be aware of it. It's as much of a literary achievement as Gone Girl, with twists just as crazy if not crazier. It's seriously like Memento on Acid.

It's coming in so under the radar, I'm tempted to say that this is destined for cult classic status. Seriously - read the book ASAP.
