And just a side note....

I guess this is how it 'could' have looked if they went with a leather suit sort of like Daredevil.....

Different that's for sure but cool in it's own way I think.

I love how the combination of different leathers be it with grain or without grain reflect the light differently kind of like the Begins movie suit!!! Too cool....OK....I'm geeking out a bit too much now...LOL!

Here's what mine looks like..

I will have this with matching pants at DC this year as my Ulitmates Batsuit based on the Wizard Magazine custom spin on Batman.

Cant wait to see this all with cowl, cape, gloves and belt!!!

Now I want to buy a motorcycle just to whip around in this get up on a regular basis!!!

Trust me...I wish I could but it's just not possible. This is my personal suit and really the only project in I dont even remember how long now that I'm doing exclusively for myself. I am not allowed to sell this stuff at all. I wish it were different but I'm just a small potato in this huge world of costume companies who've got licenses and what not....where as I dont. I wish it were different or that I was somehow tied in to these bigger companies but like I said....I'm just a nobody who's got a lot of passion for costuming...and that's really the extent of it. o

I got to see the Begins suit and the Nomax suit in person today. Woah....got to touch them even. I saw EVERYTHING about how they were made and all I can say is it's truly unbelieveable stuff. The Nomax suit may as well be a Michaelangelo piece it's really that impressive.
The good thing is I'm even more happy now with the work I've done on the suit. The chest I did is really close that's for sure and the cowl I think I pretty much nailed...well, you guys will be the judges there.
