David will be done when he's done. Cut the guy some slack for crying out loud. He's worked his arse off on this project, and doesn't have to come here and show us all his work, but he does anyway. I'm as eager to see the finished suit as anyone else, but I'm not about to start pestering the guy to finish when he may have more important Real Life issues to deal with.

Now that Begins is already here, the next thing that I'm waiting anxiously to see is David's awesome costume! It was looking amazing in the last photos posted...I can't wait!

p.s. - I hope everything's alright with David & his family...I never thought of it before, but something could have happened to delay his reveal of said costume. I truely hope that this wasn't the case.

Yes, I moved to a new location....pretty darn huge so storage space which was my biggest problem before is no longer an issue now.
Sorry I've not updated this as of yet but I only go internet a few days ago...and finally hooked up.

The cowl is NOTHING like the one I posted with the leather suit...I've done so much work on it since then that it may as well be an entirely new sculpt.

Guys sit tight...I'm back now and back at what I love most......Thanks for all the support from everyone.

The only condition I am laying down is it will only be open to all those who commented on this thread...or any other related to this begins project of mine..other areas of the SHH in other words...as of TODAY!!!

I will be making a list of all the names who chimed in since day one...be it for support, criticism...whatever. If you took the time to comment on this then the contest is open to you...even if you were not suppportive of what I'm doing the fact that you commented is fine with me.

It will be a contest that everyone who wants to can participate in. There will be an open vote to narrow down the finalists...then I'll decide the winner from a top 3 or top 5 list.

It's that simple folks.......
I'm deeply moved and humbled by how you've all supported me on this and it's not even done yet....as a result I want to give something back to the community.
I cant give everyone a free suit but someone will take home a part of this costume as my gift and thanks. Again, cant do it for everyone so I figure a cool contest where the contestants are judged openly by everyone on their work and narrowed down to a certain number of finalists...then I'll decide the winner.

Mods...are you cool with this? I tried emailing the Admins months ago to get permission to do this when the views were only at 50,000 but got no response. Please let me know if this is ok and not against any rules.

As far as I'm concerned you guys deserve a shot at this. Many times I was not on top of my game...then I'd come here and read the replies and feel all giddy inside....
Never once has anyone dragged me into a flame war...criticisms were always respectful of the fact that it was a fan made suit....I dont know what else a guy like me could ask for in an internet community.

The way I see it we're all Batman fans here and someone will need to make a good home for a part of this begins suit I've made....and the prize will be a critical part of the suit, probably THE most critical part depending on your point of view....in other words not a set of cape clips or knee caps...
