Best "Created" Characters...

i think this is a subject that hasnt been touched on enough...there are some great characters that have been invented...yes with influences, but are invented characters...among the best i say Rocky Balboa, Darth Vader, Jigsaw, Cartman, Jim from american pie, and of course, Captain Jack Sparrow... what do you guys think, other than flaming my choices, of great created characters, no one can deny Darth Vader, Rocky, and Jack...any others???
