Best "Created" Characters...

i think this is a subject that hasnt been touched on enough...there are some great characters that have been invented...yes with influences, but are invented characters...among the best i say Rocky Balboa, Darth Vader, Jigsaw, Cartman, Jim from american pie, and of course, Captain Jack Sparrow... what do you guys think, other than flaming my choices, of great created characters, no one can deny Darth Vader, Rocky, and Jack...any others???

If you're talking about characters solely invented with the big screen in mind then that would eliminate Capt. Jack.

i was actually going for characters that the actor himself created and made his own, his way...Capt Jack is the biggest example of what i was going for, rocky balboa is another...this thread turned into best characters, which is fine with me, i like seeing everyones favorites...
