What horrible plan of destruction from a DC villain(s) do you think was the best and/or the most creative?

Pretty much all of the stuff Alexander Luthor pulled in Infinite Crisis was a pretty good '**** you' move towards the heroes.

I loved it in Long Halloween when Joker wants to kill Hollliday so he figures if he kills everyone at the New Year's Eve bash Holliday is likely to be there.:joker: :D

It wasn't really the best, but i sure liked it when Fernus made every criminal in Arkham get a conscience... and the subsequent Batman reactions. :)

I've gotta go with Solaris' evil scheme from DC One Million. The thing orchestrated its own birth in the present from 832 centuries in the future. E-****in'-gad.

i agree with bulok... ra's al ghul stealing batman's contingency plan... i dont know what was more brilliant, batman's contingency plan or the way ra's used it...

Agreed. The real Luthor with the Secret Six bit was pretty good. Even with the stuff Alex pulled off, Luthor having Joker kill Alex for not asking him to join the Society was also brilliant. The final payoff of course,
making Alex's body look like Luthor's and then announcing to the world that all the bad stuff he had done was because of an impostor.
Now, THAT'S dastartdly!:D

i liked when the riddler snuck into a zoo in an issue of green arrow and attached helium-filled balloons to some of the animals. it wasn't a big, dastardly plan, but it was funny to see elephants and hippos just floating there. roy made a comment something along the lines of, "it's cute. look at their faces, they seem to be enjoying it."

The Anti-Moniter Atempting to destroy all Posative matter universes. Crisis on Infinate Earths.

Joker trying to get his Joker fish patented.

Add on top of that the photo op with Steel.
"I trust you found the contacts?"
Luthor, moreso than any other villain in comics, epitomizes "evil genius" for me.
Okay, well maybe he and Doom are tied, but still.

Yeah, Doom and Luthor are at the top of their respective universe's villain heap as far as I'm concerned.
