I dont know if theres a thread on this or not. I just wanted to know whos everyones favoriate Villian and Hero. Me personally

Heaths Joker was just amazing by how he wasnt Heath Ledger at all. He is The Joker. Eveything he said was just gold. He brought something to role that no one had every brorught before him. The way he improved certain things in the film made his performance even greater.

Dafore Green Goblin to me is the best villain in the Marvel films really great. The way he acts towards things and how he separtes himself from Norman Osborn to the Green Goblin was very interesting to see in the mirrior scene and after that he is just crazy.

Ians Magneto to me stated this trend of great performances by villians in this era. The last scene that he has in X-men 1 was very chilling because the way he delivers that line is just very haunting to know it will happen.

Hero

This one is a tough choice for me.

the Classic Choice is of course

Christopher Reeve was just really great because like Donner said He wanted to see the Hero first not the actor. Thats what I found very differant than any portral ever.

I loved Hugh Jackmons Wolverine. He was very much an animal when he was in charecter. I know he was suppose to be shorter but come on the guy did play his very well.

Robert Downey Jr owned this roll so much. This was the Tony Stark that I always wanted to see and Robert was just great in this role. How he acts very wity and so great when is Iron Man/Tony Stark

I think Dafoe did a good job as Osborne, but he played Goblin a little TOO hammy at times. He was having fun obviously, but still.

EDIT: I take that back.

Best Hero - Christopher Reeve as Superman.
Best Villain - Heath Ledger as The Joker.

may i have the envelope please. Thank you and now the best hero/ Villain performance goes to
Christopher Reeve and Heath ledger
for their performances of Superman and the Joker. Both of them couldn't be here tonight cause they have gone to that great big Hall of justice and Legion of Doom in the sky, but i will greatly accept this award on their behalf.
:cwink:

I would say Reeve deserves props. I didn't list him b/c I'm not really into Supes. But he was truly the only thing I ever really liked about the Superman movies, as I felt they started out w/a lot of things going against them & then just got progressively worse.

Christopher Reeve will always be the best superhero to me first
because Superman the movie was the first and best comic movie of all as far as i am concerned, but foremost because he was a superhero in real life.
RIP

Speaking of actors who are no longer with us, I overlooked a very worthy hero performance.

Downey was so good that I'm willing to forgive his racially insensitive portrayal in "Tropic Thunder".
