Hard to say. As I've grown older some of the films lost their shine. I would probably give it to BB but can openly admit it's been a long time since I watched the Reeves Superman films.

Superman. Easily. It created the formula for the superhero origin film. Its the movie that Patty Jenkins, Nolan, and Raimi all admitted they drew from to make their respective films.

After Superman, probably Dark Knight Rises.
