What has been the best mini from the past couple years?

My vote goes to Hercules because it was funny as hell but also pretty emotional and serious near the end.

*Please note that I have not included any special Marvel Events because they are a lot different than a typical mini.

Ares by Oeming
Sentry 2 by Jenkins
Spider-Man/Human Torch by Slott (a must read for any Marvel fan,a modern classic)

I accidently made two threads but I would like to keep this one rather than the one I posted by accident with out the poll. Sorry. :(

I have heard a lot about that Spidey/Torch mini. I'll have to check it out. :)

I checked the Spidey/Torch mini on a recommendation, and I agree that it is very good. Slott appears to be a very good writer.

What exactly does last couple of years mean? Like how far back can we go? Either way a few of my favorites are:

Inhumans-Jenkins/Lee
The Sentry-Jenkins/Lee
1602-Gaiman/Kubert
Spider-Man/Human Torch-Slott/Templeton
GLA-Slott/Pelletier

I'd say that from what I've read of the list, Thor: Blood Oath was my favourite.

Batman the Long Halloween
Superman for All Seasons
Hulk: Grey
Spider-Man: Blue

Hulk: Grey
Sentry (the first, not the second)
Stormbreaker: The Saga of Beta Ray Bill. (Can't get enough of the cosmic horse hammer)
GLA of course
Thor: Bloodoath (Though it felt a bit rushed.)

I'm sure I'll think of others.

GLA was really great. I didn't realize that it was Slott who wrote that until a long time after I read it. It probably made me laugh more than any other comic book.

Oh man, GLA was awesome. I hope they make more cameos, because I'd hate to seem them slaughtered in the hands of some other author in an ongoing.

Yeah, Slott would butcher that if it were an ongoing...

He/She meant if someone else was writing it.

See, I've noticed you all of three times, and you've already pegged me as the type who drags crap out into other threads without too much thought.

But instead of blatantly continuing to insult you, as I'd rather just get on with life, I'll just end it rather quickly.

Name five ongoing series that made it to issue fifty that didn't switch writers once.

Superman V2 (I think)
Fantastic Four
Spider-Girl
Ultimate Spider-Man
Flash V2(I think)

Sorry I wanted to play.:(

XD But you actually did it.

Though Fantastic Four has had a slew of writers in ANY volume.

And I think Spider-Girl changed writers once, and switched back. Though I'm probably wrong there.

And if you can prove me wrong, awesome!

I had to vote for Blood Oath. It gave me classic Thor when there was none. :o :(

You can't forget it's healthy dose of the Warrior's Three.
