Sometimes I feel like I'm alone in wholeheartedly loving this movie. I'd say the best thing was the portrayals (which includes acting, costumes, effects, and writing) of Peter/Spidey, and Harry/Goblin. Peter was a likable everyman, and Spidey was wisecracking, selfless, and bad***. Harry was intense and also kind of likable in a strange way, and the Goblin was creepy, insane, also bad***, and actually pretty funny in a few places (note, Im counting everything post-Harry getting fired as the Goblin).
