Luke in RotJ finally ascended to level of Jedi. And looked cool doing it. I'll go with him though Leia in ANH was able to be tortured, watched her planet explode, and still wouldn't give in to the empire so she's probably THE most badass skywalker of them all.

ROTJ Luke is my fav. The stuff in Jabba's palace and the fight at the end of ROTJ are two of my favorite things in the saga..
