Best time you've had at a movie theater

I was about 6 when I saw B&R, and I loved it as well.

Watching it again when I was older, I realized how much of a ****fest it really is.

And I hate to admit, but I did enjoy X3. I know it didn't really stay true to the comics and it was nowhere near as good as X2, it was entertaining enough. There are far worse movies out there. It was certainly better than B&R.

Yes, far worse films are out there.
Did I enjoy it- yes I enjoyed X3, I still enjoy Batman and Robin too, because it is so ridiculous and because Alicia Silverstone is f***ing hot.

She's to hot to be in a movie. I think Alica should play BlackCat in a Upcoming spiderman movie.

Name one movie that you remember having the best time ever at the movies

for me its the one and only
Snakes on a Plane

and a close second would have to be lord of the rings: return of the king!! at midnight showing

I'd have to say since not a single soul in the crowd at "Snakes on a Plane" were annoying. It was best experience I've had with a crowd ever at the movies.

The Return of the King midnight show hands down. I've never seen crowd participation like that.

The closest would be Freddy vs. Jason.

I went to go see FVJ in 2003 with my dad. The lady said i can only watch the movie if i have a parant with me thats over the age of 18. So my dad took me to go see it. And plus he loves those movies too. And so did I every since I was 4.

I remember the first time I saw the first LOTR film. It was pretty awesome. I remember my mom being confused at the end. She was like, "They didn't find the ring", so I went, "Mom, there are two more movies".

I never saw the last two.

I saw the first LOTR Christmas day with a bunch of family. Cousins and all that. I was just pissed at the lack of ending.

Another memorable time I had was when they rereleased E.T. for its 20th anniversary. We went for a school trip and we had a blast. It was especially fun because we scheduled the theatre all to ourselves before the movie theatre normally opened, so we were the only ones there. We did the same for the first two Harry Potter movies.

i had sexin the theatre the first time i went to see the matrix... it was cool, but then i was all pissed because i had to go see it again, with the same girl, and she tried to do the same thing, and she got all pissed at me when i pushed her off... so... yeah.

Another Film I had a good time at was Troy.
The whole back row was me and like 15 of my friends in a packed theater on opening day.
Every time Achilles did something bad ass, we want "DAYM!!!"

Ironically the last movie had too many endings.

It had one very length one, which was the only way to do justice to such a large ensamble of characters without unfairly dismissing any.

I said FU Ck out load in front of the theaters when the glider went right through Norman in Sm1. Even though i was 9.

No doubt No doubt

It was the first showing of Return of the Jedi.

The audience went mongoose s***-CRAYzee when LANDO undid his mask and showed his face for a second near the begining.

And every time a character just walked on for the first time it sounded like a Beatles concert in the 60's.

This made me pretty sad when I went to see The Phantom Menace on opening day and the theater was empty and 3 or 4 people politely clapped when the Lucasfilm logo came up. :(

But man, ROTJ, by far.
I thought, "Damn, the audience was cheering so loud I couldn't hear some of the dialogue. Guess I'll have to come back tonight and watch it AGAIN!:D"

Really? When I saw The Phantom Menace maybe a week into it's release the theater was pretty crowded and there was a definite cheer when the big Star Wars logo hit the screen and the music started.

I didn't think there were any empty showings of TPM when It came out. I guess I was wrong.

There is so many to choose from. I will have to pick 10 of them.

1 The Lord Of The Rings The Fellowship Of The Ring.
2 The Lord Of The Rings The 2 Towers.
3 Batman Begins.
4 X-Men 2.
5 Star Wars Episode 3.
6 Lord Of The Rings Return Of The King. Second showing.
7 Pirates Of the Caribbean 2 Dead Mans Chest.
8 X-Men 3.
9 Van Helsing.
10 Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire.

Each one had a specific reason. However Episode 3, X-men 3 and Pirates 2 had the best full jam packed audiance approval. Dead Mans Chest got more laughs then some comedies i've seen. However each Rings movie had an energy only Rings fans could explain.

During SW:The Phantom Menace the audience was pumped when Obi Wan and Darth Maul duel.

also Freddy vs. Jason
