Best Tom Cruise Sci-Fi Movie?

Which is the best Sci-Fi movie that Tom Cruise has been so far? In my eyes he has yet to be in a bad one, they are all okay at the very least, but he has been in a couple of superb ones also, which one do you guys and gals think is the best?

I am going to watch EOT again before voting.

Edge of Tomorrow is my favorite but I'm not sure it's the best. I don't care for Oblivion and haven't watched the other two in years. I think Minority Report might be the "best".

I really cant choose between EOT or MR, both great, great movies, I like the other two but those 2 are just superb movies.

Edge Of Tomorrow is such a good movie, every time I watch it I love it more, I am just having a really hard time voting against Minority Report, as even to this day that is a great movie, so I had to vote for that, both great though, and TC is yet to do a bad sci-fi movie for me.
