1]I'm not a fan of G.I.JOE comics and when I found out that they lanuched the G2 story from it I beat myself with a stick for a week but I think your talking about Skydive and Hotspot but if I'm wrong please let me know.And since I dont have the book I cant answer the Bonus

2] The idea behind her creation was so that Transformers could better understand what its like to be human and for humans to see that they might not be so much different then they were

3]Spike, Blaster and Blurr as for the miss naming it's a two part answer I beleave..... one of the times was the Trainbots combined form and in an other it was one of the team members.I'm not sure what their english name would have been but it their Japain names were ether Getsuei or Shouki and their combined form was called Raiden.

4] The only thing I can think of is that Vector Sigma aka the Oracle was concidered a mith to most TF's in that time frame and could only be acsessed by a receptive Transformer or with the a Key but untill Tanko recreated one there wasnt one around since the episode the key to vevtor sigma 1&2

It was revealed that BW "Megatron" had been hacking the information the whole time. The "continuity errors" were that he names himself at the end (inconsistent with the first episode of Beast Wars) and the Disc he is holding is the wrong Golden Disc.

3] your question is misleading....the name drill bit has been used more then once.In the beast wars Drillbit and Drill nuts were the same toy mold.In armada he was a min-con.

4]Not in the Beast wars line wether or not he has since been remolded is questionable

5] mostly the the paint job and a remold of the pull over head gear.But I'm shocked that you didnt mention MAX B....an other remold of the same toy with yet an other paint job and a new head mold and a remold his wepons.He is the new body for Beaset Wars the 2nd BB.
