Well? I sure as hell was and its a shame it was cancelled. This was one of the few shows that actually gave me nightmares when I was a kid...

The one story that freaked me out the most was this story about a comic artist who committed suicide by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge after being fired by his editor.

The next day his editor was found dead in his apartment of an apparent heart attack. The freaky part of the story was what was left at the scene...

In addition to left over artwork that depicted the actual suicide of the artist, also left was......muddy footprints and fresh seaweed.

What are your favorites?

I loved the show.
I always caught the reruns on Sci-Fi and loved the episodes with Jonathan Frakes as host.

I don't remember most but some I remember was the episode about the Animatronic ape that killed a man and the Krakatau episode.

I loved the show. I wish they'd release the seasons of it on dvd.

I saw this. Many strange things happen in real life. Art imitates life, imitates art...etc lol

I liked it. My favorite was the one where the members of a curch choir were all inexplicably delayed from getting to the church on time for rehersal, only to find that the church exploded in a gas leak, and they all would have died if they had been there on time.

That was a good one.

They did an episode on that story? Wow...must've missed it. I remember when they profiled it on Unsolved Mysteries though.

I remember this show - it used to creep me out a little. I can't remember a particular episode but the show itself was pretty good

I loved Beyond Belief!

Johnathon Frakes was great!

My favorite was the one where the little boy kept seeing the red eyes in his kitchen, and the red eyes turned out to be his nanny's evil eyes! That one creeped me out when they revealed that it was the nanny! (or whoever she was)

I remember that one.

I loved that show, it's funny because usually the freakier stories tends to be fiction.

Still gave me nightmares nonetheless. :(

Ever see the one where a baker was forced to make a cake for a mafia b-day party and everytime he opened his oven he saw a vision of a mafia mobster burning to death? Turns out the cake was not for a b-day but to celebrate a murder.

This show was so badass. I was an avid watcher back in the day. They should definitely bring it back. I could see it being very popular if put on the right network now.

I was usually able to pick out which ones were fact or fiction. It wasn't that hard.

I loved that too :)

I don't remember this show...What were some fact stories and what were some fiction?

^ I know right!

I used to watch the re-runs with my dad...it used to be with my mom as well until it started giving her nightmares also. :p

I hated it because you had to wait until the end of the show to find out which ones were fact or fiction :hulk: But aside from that, it was great :)

We should start a petition or something to bring it back on TV. Maybe a new, updated version with new stories. Or we should petition for it to be out on DVD.
