Once he get older his fans will also be older and will be attracted to others "stars" meanwhile the new generation will have another idole to worship. See Tokyo Hotel by example, they almost ceased to exist.

Bieber is a castrato so he's not really going to go through puberty. His limbs will grow longer and his lungs will get bigger, but that's about it.
