They're working on Step Brothers with John C. Reilly, filming later this summer for 2008. McKay and Ferrell are also supposed to do a 'Land of the Lost' comedy based on both TV series but have the production values of a 1970s TV series. This was announced awhlie ago, it might be in limbo.

This movie was written by two King of the Hill writers and two other new writers and the directors are nobodies. So they had a good idea and got Ben Stiller to produce, Ferrell to star.

Then Ferrell has Semi-Pro about the American Basketabll Association's Flint Michigan Tropic; he plays the player/coach.

Granted, he sticks to a formula but in all honesty it works. If you don't like his formula, give Stranger Than Fiction a try. It is proof that he actually does have depth as an actor.

Will Ferrell's formula's starting to get old, but there looks to be some funny moments in it, so I'll probably give it a shot.

As much as I love Ferrell, Arnett is my main reason for wanting to see this movie. If that one scene with him in the trailer is any kind of indication of what's to come, Arnett looks like he'll be branding the same kind of comedy into this character as he did Gob. And that's more than fine with me.
