Wes, it could definitely be a lot more serious.
If I had the RAM on my computer, this is a project I'd LOVE to tackle. I'd even use Elfman's music.
Yeah it's an incredible challenge... as you all noticed I just went ahead and added some silly stuff for the hell of it.
One cool thing I noticed was that Adam West is one huge intimidating guy when he's beating the **** out of some goon. I never noticed how truly great he would have been as a serious take on batman until now. No wonder he was unhappy about not being cast for the burton movie. he really embodies the role 100%.
well here it is at last. Don't click with high expectations. I know I could have tried harder with it but I'm not that dissatisfied with the result. It's better than all of WormyT's stuff at least.

about getting the show. Bless the internet. If you have a fast connection there are many a ways to find this brilliant show...
It's hilarious when batman's revealed standing there cape spread... not so easy to make this appear serious is it...
Here's mine. Not amazingly fancy, there are better ones, but I like some ideas I got across in the video.
The editing could be a little bit tighter in a few spots toward the end, but I wanted to pad the music. I was afraid that too many edits in the music would show, but I wanted this thing to be like a teaser.
A 2.0 version is possible when I get better with this new program (Ulead Media 8, I'm used to older versions of Premiere).
That said, I did have a lot of fun with it. So here you are, Wesyeed. The second entry in your contest.
Also, keep in mind that I rendered it in anamorphic widescreen, so Youtube will probably destroy the ratio...
