Dread's reviews remind me that I'm not the only person who seems to love the stuff bad selling stuff Marvel does. Makes me think I'm not crazy for loving them.

Its ok, its ok.

So whos starman?

Edit; Outsiders is awesome, BTW. First page.

Boomerang: I am so drunk.
Katana: Me too.
Boomerang: And...Kind of horny.
Katana: I will kioll you before you could move.

Oh, young love.

^ Nothing could have made me happier...he was a crappy character to keep around after HOM. :o :down

No, that just means that you and he are crazy.

Really really short reviews on the last several weeks. I'm tired, but the voices won't let me rest until I let them be seen.

52 Week 35 & 36
Holy poop falling superheroes. Holy poop Animal Man:(. Holy poop Kandor? Supernova is Supergirl, I'm certain of it.

(8.7 out of 10 for 35, 7.4 out of 10 for 36)

Justice Society of America #2
Great. I'm totally substituting Sylvester Stallone and Milo Ventimiglia in for Ted and Tom in my mind. Kingdom Come is awesome. Love Stargirl and Maxine in inappropriate ways.

(9.2 out of 10)

Justice League of America #5
Really good, right up until the second half of the issue where everyone started speaking in tongues or something. Seriously, I had zero ability to follow the dialogues.

Oh, but I loved "After Clark, we got organized. After Sue, we got armed. By Barda."

(7.7 out of 10)

Manhunter #27
Listen to me whine about it here!

(5.1 out of 10)

All-Star Superman #6
O GOD I love you so much Grant Morrison please do me.

(10 out of 10)

Green Arrow #69 & 70
Better than I expected, Winick is better when he keeps things straightforward. And he only put in his patented "This is Character Name. And this is Character Name. They are Horrifyingly Long-Winded Narration" boxes in one panel between two whole issues! Wow! I'm so proud of you, Judd:D.

(7.4 out of 10 for #69, 8 out of 10 for #70)

Green Lantern Corps #8
Poor butterfly girl. Guy better kick some ass soon. I remember him saying that he didn't have a problem with killing before, contrary to this issue, but that may have just been him talking the talk without being able to walk the walk.

(8.1 out of 10)

The All New Atom #8
Heheh, the giant floating head watching TV sold me. But what the cck is up with the plot?

(7 out of 10)

Flash: the Fastest Man Alive #7
Plot's okay, but execution seems...soulless, for lack of a better term. Bart says that he feels things but I don't really...feel like he feels things. Still better than most people say, though.

(6.3 out of 10)

Civil War #6
Stuff happens, the Punisher acts stupid. Dr. Strange appears to waste pages telling us things that we already know. Hulkling is cool, though pro-regs are stupid for not having that of the possibility. I hate your "badass" final pages, Millar. I hate them more than I hate my receding hairline at twenty-three years of age, and that's a lot.

(6.5 out of 10)

Civil War: Frontline #10
Skrulls. The answer is skrulls.

(3 out of 10)

Runaways #23
Hot damn. I'll miss Vaughan when Whedon replaces him.

Actually, that's a filthy lie. I welcome Joss onto this book as only shameless, shameless **** could.

(9.2 out of 10)

I'm really tired. Apologies in retrospect.

EDIT: Apologies also to any shameless ****s I may have offended. Though, honestly? You should be honored to have been compared to me.

This just in CW makes you bald!!!

LOVED this week's books. New X-Men, 52, JSA were my top picks.

That Starman is the Legion's starman from Giffen's run, AND apparently he was involved in Kingdom Come as well. That explains why Dawnstar is looking for him. Damn, she must be OLD in Giffen's Legion run.

RIP Animal Man. Booooo.

So when does Didio kill him off?:o

Tell that to Booster Gold.

Also, check the JSA thread, I really want to hear what you think about my special comment.

:csad:
I'm still sore at DC for killing Blue Beetle and then following it up by killing Booster Gold.:cmad:

I am ashamed. I am really starting to enjoy Blade. All the issues have been done in one, yet they reference each other every now and then. It's like two stories every issue, plus the last issue had a Wolverine tie in that actually worked. Guggenheim is doing good stuff for this book.

Like I said, ashamed, but I'm liking it.:O
