Breaking in with Christian Slater

I like this show, but it feels too short for me. I think it should be an hour. And it should balance the heist with the office antics a lot better.

The heist aspect of the show is basically nonexistent. In fact, it doesn't even matter. It's just something to give the show a few scene changes.

I thought that this week's episode was the best yet. At first I watched because Odette Yustman is a gift from god to men everywhere, and it felt sacrilegious to not watch...but it's actually pretty darn funny!

I think last night was probably the best episode so far of the young show. I was kinda iffy about this show but last night solidified it for me (I'm pretty picky about television, I only really watch House and How I Met Your Mother).

Last night was great. It was the funniest episode so far ("Cone of silence! Cone of Silence! Cone of silence!" and Rosenbaum's just killin it, weird seeing him play a dufus but the character's great) and it added a little bit of character development, especially with Christian Slater's character. I had this feeling that Oz was starting to get a bit of a one-note character and although he still had funny moments last night's moment with Odette's character was great for me.

I'm not saying turn the character into a lovey-dovey father type, but it's little things like that, that can turn a good show into a great one.

I hope it sticks around.

Thank you America for being idiots and keeping shows like american Idol alive while good shows die.

The show will survive. FOX is giving it a chance by airing it after Idol.

Latest eppy...oh god. Just too funny. Mile a minute laughs.

And yes, I got the Superman reference by Micheal and the Broken Arrow line by Slater (who starred in Broken Arrow). This show has officially passed Cougar Town and 30 Rock in only 5 episodes...if I may so daring say.

Odette Yutsman as a Megan Fox version of Zena was hot, hot, hot!:hrt: Second to Christian Slater, Michael Rosenbaum is the funniest person on the show, loved the Superman & Goonie's references last night.

This show isn't shying away from referencing their stars' past works.

Can't wait for the Reaper reference! :awesome:

Check out this piece: http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsideth...-annable-and-more-talk-comic-con-episode.html

It turns out, they were actually trying to get Odette into a Wonder Woman instead of a Xena costume, but the legal department failed to get an okay for it.

Damn. Makes you wonder if she'd have been a better fit for the WW show on NBC. Then again, I'm glad she didn't get picked. At least now in a show that has a much stronger hope of surviving.

Also, there's a bit of an awesome spoiler for a future episode in there:

He continued, "There will certainly be episodes that Oz participates a great deal in. When George Lucas asks us to test the security at Skywalker Ranch, see if we can get out of there with a star destroyer, I will be leading that charge. Oh yes, I will!"

So is this show worth getting into ? The Previews do look funny but Christian Slater shows have a bad track record

its pretty good. brett harris pining over oddette yustman is beyond contrived, but the shows funny and has great characters, so its deffinitely worth a watch.

The final ratings for episode 5 is a 2.4/6 and 7.07 million viewers. Basically dead even with the final ratings for last week. And it beat Cougar Town again.

:awesome:Also, I love the look Micheal gave the donut after he licked it. He made those tiny eyes like he was processing the smell and taste. :woot:

I watched the first five episodes & this show now has a new fan & I will be watching. Christian Slater owns this show as Oz

What a bummer, just saw the latest episode and it was the best one yet.

I am boycotting FOX next season. I will illegally download Fringe after watching Supernatural in that same time slot. Next season Fringe is a goner
