I just found a brown reculse spider in my house. They're very poisonous and I have a young child at my house.

As much as I don't like it, in this case, I'd say kill the spider. No sense in risking the life of your offspring to keep a spider alive.

I like spiders, I actually have three that live in various corners of my apartment (my ant problem quickly resolved soon after they showed up), and I'd probably leave him alone or relocate him, but as I said, keeping your children safe is most important.

I find it guilty of attempted poisoning in the first degree and sentence it to a stomping with a good, solid heel.

ive been bit by one before. the spot on my leg grew from the size of a pencil eraser to nearly the size of a saucer in about a day. i didn't know what it was at the time but I went to the ER and they gave me antibiotics to fight it off or whatever

i missed 3 days of work and it was gross :/
was about 6 yrs ago

Spiders are pretty fascinating creatures though. All of them are venomous though, but only a select few are capable of killing a healthy adult human. Doesn't stop their bites from hurting.
