Everyone here was pretty reasonable and recognized the 60s and Russian influence, as well as the fact that Frost has worn similar hats in the books and that it wouldn't be her only outfit in the movie... but damn was I wrong about Jones doing well.

His jacket looks to have similar materials as Xaviers. Is this the style of all the future X-Men? On one hand it seems like it would both fit and look really great in a torn and dystopian future. On the other hand it's kinda boring, going from black leather to black wool...

Keep in mind that this is a future where mutants are hunted and have to keep a low profile. I doubt we'll see a colorfully-dressed marry band of mutants in the future.

I have the same questions.

Maybe some males will be black, and the girls and a few males with colour. Hopefully Bryan surprises us in the upcoming weeks with first look at Rogue or Kitty

The thing is that I'm torn about it.

I really want the dystopian future, and in that future too much color or fancy costumes would be totally wrong, both aesthetically and in the context of the film. At the same time I would absolutely love to see the old cast with some cool more colorful costumes.

In a perfect world, they have cool dystopian like costumes in DOFP, at the same time as the movie is widely succesful, paving the way for a fixed future and an X4 with more classic X-Men costumes!

Excited about Iceman, his role has always felt like a teenager in the X-Men trilogy in a away, but its time for him to be more grown. Him making ice-slides and being iced up would be awesome. I will not judge what he is wearing because that could just be his civilian jacket and not an X-Men suit.

2 things i find interesting

1. the beard gives the idea of someone who has been through a hard time, looks kinda stressed

2. looks like they added some tracking things to his face... ice form maybe? YAY ICE BEARD!! joke... but seriously looks like they are gonna do something to his face

the beard is a great look, I think most are liking it

but I notice its a very well cut beard, so it doesnt give me a hard apocalyptic situation, where mutants hardly have free time to shave his face confortabily.

The costume is dirty, but his whole look, hair and face dont. So its more of a costume pic "after a hard battle"
