First off it's not so black and white as either side is making it out to be...
To Spider-Bite, stop being self-righeous about it, that has no place in running a country. Look, there are a lot of not so great place out there in the world, we can't solve all of the problems, and we can't take in the entire world. Plus people forget that there is LEGAL IMMIGRATION, we take in about a million people per year I believe. If it was as simple as flipping a switch and sending them all back where they came from, I say do what must be done.
Now to the other side... You realize that if we were to completely cut off the illegals in this country that'd equal 10 million people spreading diesease, resorting to crime, etc... It would be worse for America... Secondly there is a duality to this whole economy problem, you want products cheap, they have to be done through cheap labor, it's the same problem with outsourcing, in the end... Product prices would most likely rise. But it's as Spider-Bite said though, these are people, people doing what they think is best, and the idea of throwing them out is completely ridiculous so we need to swallow our pride, and simply take care of the ones we got and strengthen our borders.
