BvS or Suicide Squad: Which is better?

Batman vs Superman. While it was a very flawed film, it was also an ambitious film that actually had a few good moments and was visually stunning. It has some redeeming qualities, although it's not a good movie.



Suicide Squad was a terrible film with about 30 minutes of reasonable stuff at the start and then a mess for the remainder - and the bad guys looked as though the CGI budget had already been spent on Will Smith's paycheck. It has almost no redeeming qualities - Jared Leto's Joker was interesting but felt shoehorned in.

Really, all WB/DC had to do was make a live-action version of Assault on Arkham and they'd have had a success.

I enjoy both of them a lot. Yes, I'm that rare animal. To me they're tied depending on what kind of mood I'm in. I voted Suicide Squad. Purely because it's the one that mass audiences seemed to respond to the most and I needed some form of a tie breaker.

Pretty much my sentiments as well. Both films, while flawed, were very enjoyable (for me, anyway). With BvS we got Wonder Woman & Doomsday, which was all so awesome. And with SS we got Harley Quinn, a new Joker (finally), Killer Croc & so on.

I think as much as I love them both that I'll always prefer SS to BvS.
