Cameron Bright is Leech!!

I'm a little surprised no one has brought (or maybe they have) Leech isn't going to be green by the looks of it. I was hoping he was going to be green.

Is this a good or bad thing?

WELL, IT SHOWS HIM RUNNING TO STORM WITH HAIR AND NORMAL SKIN. MAYBE IT IS AT THE END AND HE HAS GOTTEN CURED. WE ALL KNOW HE DID HAVE HIS HEAD FOR THE PART, BUT WHAT LITTLE WE SAW HE HAD HAIR.

It could be. Maybe he turns 'normal' at the end? I still hope they show him as green at some stage though.

Hmmm...I just now noticed this as well...Interesting..

Yeah, I don't think he's going to be green at all. He wasn't green when they were shooting the lab parts, either. And if he himself is cured, then why is he still at the institute?

Yes...I expect this to be one of the characters that won't look a thing like their comic counterparts. And while I would have liked to have seen freaky-looking Leech, I don't think it's a big deal.

Probably that new thread someone started with like 6 months old information.

Yup unfortunately it is. His mother confirmed they were testing the green make-up on Cameron a few months back. I guess the production thought it didn't look too good on camera.

It's a shame cause i was loooking forward to a green Leech.:(

I don't really care if he is green. Since he is not in the Morlocks (I guess), it's not important to me if he has a noticeable deformation or something. The important aspect of the character here are his powers

Who said we wouldn't get a green Leech?

Anyone notice how when Beast was near Leech in the new trailer, he began to look normal?

Nice touch.

I agree with you completely it's the feel and representation of the character that's most important....By the way that Beast Picture you hav is my favorite picture of Beast so far.....It gives Beast that Intelligent yet don't "F WITH ME" look ......

I don't think we'll get a green Leech, but I think that's a wise choice. I think they're making Leech out to be some kind of godly figure.

He has a pale, entirely hairless [head included] body. His body is pure, simplistic. The room he is being held in is stark white. Again, pure, simplistic. His power hampers the X-Gene, thus Leech can be said to have control over mutation. I really think they're setting him up as some God-like presence. A being of sheer power.

The white room: These stark white rooms always indicate something special. Something powerful. In the Matrix it was the Architect. In Aeon Flux it was the leader of the resistance via psychic presence. The stark white rooms have been chosen for a reason, and I think it's for that heir of power.

The Beast scene: We see him controlling Beast's mutation, again, like he's god-like. He has the power to change Beast from one extreme to another.

Everyone wants him: The government want him for the cure. The X-Men want him. The Brotherhood want him.

In short, I think they're going to build Leech up as something really special in this movie.

Sorry, but I'm dissapointed with Leech look. I'll enjoy the fil so much, but Leech should has been green. It would give the audience a different character, and most dramatic bieng him a child

So is this our happy ending?

Is that supposed to be Apocalypse? Is it a mutant they made up? I've never heard of this character before.

Thorstone,

I've merged your request with Cameron Bright's/Leech thread so you can learn more about the character.

That's certainly one way to look at it. I'm warming up to this.
