yes i owned this game and yes you can do that...well at least i know you can in the ps2 version....u stall there you cant swing around it like in sm2...which totally pwned ultimate...you were so much more free in sm2....sm3 better kick free-roaming but....with playable enimes like sm1

Yeah, I typed it up in a hurry on the way out the door. So, does anyone know how to do it in the Xbox version?

I know how to do it in SM2 and it can't be the same.

How is the swinging in USM btw, compared to SM2? Is it still fast? I know there is no turbo but can you still swing around the city lightning fast like in SM2?

It's not as good as SM2. SM2 let's you control it much more. USM while fun seems more dumbed down. You hold down the Z button to swing and use the X button to speed up(Xbox). You can't choose where to shot in like in SM2 nor can you wall run the same as in SM2, it's just different. It's still fast though. What's cool about it is you can get real close to the ground which makes it a lot of fun at times.

Anyways, I didn't get this game but you can apparently do it in Spider-man 2: The Game.

I've played both but I didn't really like USM that much, I beat it in about a day or two and never fet like trying to get any bonuses in it. Meanwhile on SM2 I've had it for a few years now and I still play it about 2-3 times a week. I still don't have all those ****ing tokens though

I gave up on the tokens. Now I just play it to do all the wacky stuff and hear the serenade of balloon-girl's "I LOST MY BAH-LOOOOOOOON!!!!"

I'm at 143/150 on those skyscraper tokens and I have most of the rest of them. But when it comes to those kids I grab the balloon swing around them for a few minutes while they cry and then swing off with my balloon It pops after a block or two but it's worth it.

In USM, no you cannot perch on streetlights. In SM2 you can perch on streetlights. That is all
