Do people actually like 3D?

when it's done right 3d is beautiful. How to Train a Dragon and Avatar both did it right. Clash of the Titans and Alice in wonderland's 3d sucked horribly.

I like 3D a lot as long as it is utilized correctly. I think all this whining about 3D movies is ridiculous. Opponents of 3D movies come off to me as a bunch of immature babies trying to rebel against anything considered "cool" by the masses.

I haven't run into a single movie that's come out in 3D that wasn't also available in 2D in theaters. So why all the complaining? We're not getting it shoved down our throat, we just have more options now.

I personally wasn't a big fan of the blue/red glass technology, but the clear glass 3D is awesome. It's 3D and you get to have everything look normal colored. Win-win in my book.

True Dat!

I haven't seen any of the new 3d movies. I think it's just a fad. "3d" movies have been around for a while, and it's usually gimmicky.

I hear now they have 3d tv. I don't think it will catch on.

Seeing how 3D has been in cinema since t least B movies, and it's only popular now, no one really cares.
