Apparently not. But to be honest, I'm kinda suprised that an all powerful item like the Allspark could be destroyed, by being united with a puny spark of a Transformer, in the first place.

No.
He kept it...reasons that might be explained in a sequel.
If the writers are smart enough.
Puny Spark?
Megatron killed thousands of TF's and probably absorbed their Sparks, which is why he probably looks so disfigured even in his protoform and why he's so much bigger than everyone else.
And Prime's Spark may just be one, but including the Autobot Matrix of Leadership, that makes it more than just "puny" too.
And you forget that they dropped that absurd idea in the final movie. Or else we would've seen Megatron eating Jazz's Spark.
I hope not. I want to see cool-looking glowing energon cubes and raides on oil fields in Iraq and stuff.
