I just got windows7 and so far I'm loving it. However the only minor problem that I have is the thumbnail preview images for video files. They all seem to show the first second or two of the video making the thumbnails all black screens. I was wondering if there was a way to change the preview image so that it's easier to identify the video files. I was able to do this on XP but I can't seem to do it on W7.

Also on a side note, I'm not really liking the new folder icons for Windows Explorer. (The one with the half open folders) I miss the old XP style folders where it's just a flat image of the folder. Can that be changed as well?
